After your surgery or procedure has been scheduled, your physician’s office will call your insurance company to determine coverage. They will contact you prior to your surgery/procedure regarding your charges and clarify any questions you may have about payment.

NOTE: The Surgery Center bill does not include professional service charges of the surgeon, pain management provider, radiologist, pathologist, anesthetist, or laboratory. There may also be charges for equipment, supplies and/or medications. These charges will be sent to your insurance carrier if applicable.

The Mayfield Spine Surgery Center now accepts Care Credit Plus®. Learn more about their no interest and low interest payment plans at www.CareCredit.com.

While surgery center bill insurance companies in a bundled charge for the facility fees, an itemized bill can be provided.  Please contact the Business Office Manager at 513-338-1520 with your request.
